Introductory provisions

These rules establish the rights and obligations applying to the use of the Carsdata.com website, which is managed and administered by Alpha Analytics s.r.o., with its registered office at Gustav Mahlerplein 2, 1082 MA Amsterdam, Company ID (IČO) 228 01 154, registered in the Commercial Register kept by the Regional Court in Ústí nad Labem under File No. C 32406 ("Alpha Analytics") (the "Rules").

These terms of use of the website are valid and effective as of the date of their publication. Alpha Analytics reserves the right to change these Rules at any time. If you do not agree with these terms, please leave the Carsdata.com website and do not use it further.

Use of the website

Use of the Carsdata.com website is free of charge unless Credits or a Report (terms defined in Art. 2 of the General Terms and Conditions of Alpha Analytics s.r.o. for the provision of Carsdata.com services) are purchased, or unless other paid services offered on Carsdata.com are used.

Without the prior written consent of Alpha Analytics, it is not permitted to interfere in any way with the content or technical nature of Carsdata.com. Only Alpha Analytics has the right to decide on changing, removing or supplementing Carsdata.com or any part thereof.

Alpha Analytics is not responsible for the accuracy and completeness of the information on Carsdata.com. Alpha Analytics may make changes to the information on Carsdata.com at any time without prior notice, and is not obliged to compensate for any damage that Users (term defined in Art. 2 of the General Terms and Conditions of Alpha Analytics s.r.o. for the provision of Carsdata.com services) may incur in connection with the use of Carsdata.com. Before any legal action taken by a User on the basis of information provided on the website, we recommend that the User verify the validity of such information with an advisor specialising in the matter.

User obligations

When using Carsdata.com, the User undertakes:

• not to use automatic devices, programs, algorithms, methodologies or any similar or comparable manual processes to access, purchase, copy or monitor any part of Carsdata.com or any of its content, or in any way to reproduce or circumvent the navigational structure of Carsdata.com or of Alpha Analytics, or in any way to present its content in order to obtain any material or information that is not specifically created for or made accessible to the User on Carsdata.com;
• not to attempt unauthorised access to any part or function of Carsdata.com, or to systems or networks connected with Carsdata.com, by illegal hacking, password mining or any other illegal means;
• not to carry out any activity that would excessively burden the infrastructure of Carsdata.com or its systems or networks connected with Carsdata.com;
• not to use any devices or programs, or carry out any other activity, that would disrupt or otherwise limit the functioning of Carsdata.com, and not to carry out any other activities that would prevent or limit another person’s use of Carsdata.com;
• not to use Carsdata.com or any of its content for illegal purposes or for purposes that are contrary to these Rules;
• to comply with these Rules and the provisions of applicable law when using Carsdata.com, the Services, or when paying for them.

Restriction of access

Alpha Analytics has the right to restrict a User’s access to Carsdata.com at any time if the User breaches the provisions of these Rules and/or relevant legislation. If a User who breaches the provisions of these Rules and/or relevant legislation has an Account (term defined in Art. 2 of the General Terms and Conditions of Alpha Analytics s.r.o. for the provision of Carsdata.com services), the User will be informed of the restriction of access to that Account by email to the address stated in the User’s Account. If Alpha Analytics restricts a User’s access to Carsdata.com, that User has no right to continue using Carsdata.com in the future, e.g. by creating a new Account.

Liability

The User is responsible for the consequences of their conduct in connection with the use of Carsdata.com.

Alpha Analytics is not responsible for the functionality of the User’s data network or for the User’s hardware and software equipment, nor for the functionality of the public internet network, and further is not responsible for ensuring that the website is free of viruses or other disruptive components.

Carsdata.com may contain links to third-party websites. These links are provided solely for the convenience of Carsdata.com Users. Alpha Analytics is not responsible for the content of such links or third-party websites.
